Joe's Meat Market

My wife is away so I decided to buy a steak from JoeII's Meat Market. There were many displayed and I asked for one from a tray. It was "corn fed" and looked to be part of a rack. The butcher selected one and immediatly weighed it. When I gave him my Visa Card. I felt that his manner was a little secretive so I then asked the price. It was nearly $30. Now, I;m not complaining but I think that his manner was a little on the sneaky side.

I've not eaten the expensive purchase yet but I do hope it is tender!

By the way, I;m 86 years old.
