This reception teenager maybe has terrible attitude! When we made the booking we were told we can call to find out about the estimate timing since I’m a breastfeeding mother and we have a very tight schedule. Today when we coming for the appointment the reception refused to tell about the doctor schedule. When we arrived, I explained to her once more about my situation and she told us we need to wait until every other patient done even if their appointment is after us simply because we are late. I told her to check with doctor to see if any chance for us to see the doctor rather and she told us maybe 7 more patients in front. I asked her is that what the doctor told her?!!! I don’t believe doctor will be telling us to wait until she finishes allll her patients. She said nothing and keep on finishing her spring roll in her hands.... can you believe?!!! This reception said her surname is HUANG and she is the only one working on 31st December 2018. We made all the way from castle hill to come to this medical center for their good reputation but before seeing any doctor we already had enough. After one hour, this receptionist is still said nothing to us
