I bought an Audi from this place heard from a mates mate that this place was good. Yeah it’s good if you want to buy a lemon. I know the customers liable for buying a dud car but thought it was from word of mouth it couldn’t be that bad. Bought the Audi and a couple of months after it got defected for tired and cracked windscreen. At the time of buying the we asked about the tired but it was “road worthy” as a company they should get done for false advertisement if they’re saying their cars are in best condition. Will take this to the ombudsman.

l dont know how they can look at themselves in the mirror staff ripped my wife off badly after bringing the car back to them several times in the 1st 3 months with problems which they never fixed properly then after that period of time they washed their hands of it all. Saying we can do nothing to help you. We had to pay over $5000 extra in ongoing repairs since then to now because we are stuck paying of the car loan !!??

Keep away they are the worse of the worse.

Inquired into an ad online and the salesman assured me that all their cars undergo a 50 point inspection before sale, and the car was 100% and would pass a Victorian road worthy without any problems.

The car arrived but had completely blown shock absorbers. My mechanic advised that these would not pass in any state and were dangerous.

From this point forward the Best Buy Autos sales people have ignored every email and phone call I have made to them. Not a single reply to any inquiry I have made with the person who sold me the car or his manager.

Someone from an admin dept. has written back to me to advise the car is as it is, and it's entirely my problem. No explanation as to why I was told the car had passed an inspection with completely blown shock absorbers. I would say It is most likely because they are very expensive to replace.

Best Buy Autos did not provide any after sales service. They misled me and have no desire to resolve the issue or to even apologize or explain themselves, nothing whatsoever.

I posted factual information on Facebook and they pulled it down.

As such, I do not recommend you buy a car from Best Buy Autos. They do not deserve your business.
