      I had a small accident and my insurance company assigned me to kel whittakers. By far the worst customer service i have ever experienced. It took 4 weeks to repair my car in which time i was not contacted once by kel whittakers. Each time i rang up to find out whats happenning with the car all they would say is we are waiting for parts, always said in a rude and mean way and would make me feel like i was causing them a massive issue and i was the hassle.

      After i finally got my car back 3 weeks past the due date, i found they used second hand parts that where scratched. I then had organised to replace the second hand parts with new ones. They told me they ordered the parts in and told me to bring my car down and it would take 15 minutes to put in. I took my car down for this quick fix and left it there for them to do. Day later they still have not conacted me to say it has been delayed and so i rang them again and the same old anwser. "We are waiting for parts".

      This is by far the worst experience i have ever had. Definatly would never go back.
