Small pump from bunnings can pump 16500 litres in one hour… later on, the owner called another two plumbers in the local Brooklyn area. They found the vale/outlet let just behind the tank among the grasses… are they ethical or professionally negligent? The owner is taking this company to NCAT - a consumers court seeking justice as they charged the owner $2,278 in two hours\
