Honesty , integrity and quality servicing have to be the key words for Tassell Automotive. I recently had my car serviced at the dealer where I bought it. I asked for something to be fixed and it was not done. i contacted them to have it rectified and after all the fawning apologies i was quoted $280 to put it back up on the hoist for a supposed 1 1/2 hour job plus costs. I went to see Guy who has been servicing our family cars for over 10 years. I had barely sat down in the waiting room when he came back said job done-5 minutes max!! he showed me the issue and explained what occurred. the dealer can go jump-shoud've gone to Guy in first place

Irresponsible. My trust and confidence in their service were categorically betrayed not only once but twice. One was that they had overlooked a serious water pump leak while a logbook service. The other was the faulty and incomplete repair work on the water pump that they had overlooked in the first place. Is this a coincidence or their quality?? Maybe, they have got a serious labour resource constraint to a degree that mechanics would not be able to perform their jobs properly because of mismanagement of the proprietor. They promote themselves as a boutique and reputable service provider, but absolutely not worth it. I paid the premium price and was much worse off. It is so frustrating to hear the excuse after excuse. Everyone makes mistakes, but you should admit it when you did if you really wanna be a reputable boutique service provider.

Guy and his guys have looked after 12 cars in my family since 1998.
They are amazing! Customer service is everything and no job is ever too big or
too small for them to bother with. If I ever have an issue with my car, I call the
workshop immediately and the problem is always sorted out, on the spot
if they deem it necessary,irrespective of the number of jobs they have at the time.
They just get the work done.I cannot speak highly enough of Tassell Automotive and
the boys are friendly and funny!

Rang up for a quote for work on my car but was told they were too busy to give me a quote or even offer to call me back when they were ready.

What a truly amazing bunch of people. Guy and his staff are so easy to deal with. They are extremely helpful and thorough and more than anything, they care about their work. We know that when we send work their way to help the sick kids and their families, they do their utmost best. We can ensure the job is done with minimal disruption to the family, and the car is coming back safe and working well! Thank you Guy, Jason & Steve for all that you do :-)

Not only did they take my car late in the day they also provided a loan car- essential for my job in Sales and were able to have my car back to me in 24hrs.

The management and staff at Tassell Automotive saved my bacon when other repairers simply said "too busy mate". Mr. Tassell listened to my problem, suggested I get to the workshop when I was able (as opposed to a firm time) and even called me later in the afternoon, concerned that I might have had a breakdown en route. Once I arrived next morning ( again, on a busy day and no appointment) the decks were cleared, the problem with my Jeep diagnosed and I was sent on my way with a most reasonable and fair charge. My only disappointment is that I live in Brisvegas and it's too far to come back!!! Thanks again guys.#reviewtowin

Found these guys when my usual servicer was not available. Not only did they squeeze me in at short notice, but they were courteous, efficient and the price was less than I was expecting. They also told me what to replace in the next 6 months and did not do unnecessary jobs that can be tacked on by other brand name servicers. Will definitely use them again.

I cannot recommended enough how great Guy and the team at Tassell Automotive are. Both my wife and I have our cars serviced or repaired here regularly.
Honest and reliable.
I recently had a issue with some work completed by a large car manufacturer, took it into Tassell who looked over the car, they contacted the manufacturer directly and they contacted me requesting the car to be returned to rectify the issues. I was not charged a cent at Tassel Automotive for their time or labour. You don't see that kind of service anywhere.
Definitely take your car here.
