I visited this page just to give my review about my awful experience today. I visited this shop 20 min before the closing time and all they care about is closing the shop. They didnot let me pick up the fish and took the tray away while I was picking the fish. Such a ride behaviour and zero customer service. When I requested they said they turned off the machine. They need to change the shop closing tym to 5:30 pm in website coz customer like us can come in rush thinking that there is still 20 min and all they return with their rude behaviour. Waste of time and mood.

Yesterday I ordered the freshest seafood including snapper, calamari and prawns! The staff, including Yen who took my order as well as the caring lady who helped me carry the heavy bag to my car provide the best service ever. The snapper was like it was caught only minutes before purchasing! A wonderful team who really care about consumer satisfaction! Thank you

Best and the freshest seafood you can find in Sydney. I live down at Newcastle and I come down every month to this store just for their seafood. Would recommend to those trying out new places to buy their seafood

Absolutely agree with you Price, 100%, as I have been badly treated when I have been there by the same idiots! They have no business sense, are always in a bad mood, even when the shop is empty and not busy they still have no time to provide proper customer service and speak very rudely to people! AVOID IN A MAJOR WAY!!!!!!!!
