here are suppose to be no call out fee.

They Charged $115 for the first 15 minutes and then $45 for every 30mins after that.

The first 15 minutes they just went around turning off all the powerpoints in the house so they wasted time and made a quick $115.

I was then told the issue was a safety switch which they changed and charged me $790 for and they left. 30 mins later i had the same issue. When i called them to let them know they advise they advised they could come back and do further testing which would cost me more money.

The next day we had a different company come out and have a look and found the issue and fixed it within 15 minutes.

I don't recommend using this company, the service is terrible and they're rip off's. When i told them they never fixed the problem they just wanted to charge me more to come back out!

If i could give No stars i would! Just terrible!

I have used The Electrician before and let me tell you he is one of the best electricians. He is friendly, professional, quick and managed to fix up my lights in a quick and efficient manner.
