Clovelly Loans provided advice and then support in us refinancing our family home. We ended up getting a terrific rate of 3.3% as compared to what we were previously on being 4.1% and even though that doesn't sound like much a change it was actually a profound difference on the size of mortgage we currently have. I like the fact that they are based in Clovelly, we caught up with the broker for a coffee to go through their 'fact find' then progress to actually assisting us to refinance our home. They also talked us through every step of the way.
