Nancy Bird Airport Shuttle Bus

Booking request was accepted and price was agreed for pickup and drop off. Drop off went smoothly, provided cash payment in full at this stage to lock in pick-up. Day before return i texted and reminded on arrival details and got a reply confirmation. Upon arrival, no reply to my texts giving updates on getting out of airport. And then left waiting at shuttle pickup spot for over an hour. Calling constantly and no answer. Had to get uber for my group, Writing this review at 12pm still no contact from Nancy shuttle number, and we arrived in Sydney 9:30am. Absolutely unacceptable.
