We had a water leak at our holiday home at Adaminaby. It took a while to organise for Top to Bottom to attend ( it was not an emergency and Christmas intervened) but once the issue was identified, it was quickly fixed. We are very happy with the service and professionalism and would wholeheartedly recommend Top to Bottom Plumbing.

Darren Bottom is an experienced, knowledgeable and skilled plumber. He is also my water carter. I have over 14 years found him to be courteous, very responsive and effective. Don't be put off by a no nonsense approach. When you are in trouble either needing water or a plumbing problem fixed, Darren is gold!

Every time I called their truck was off the road and told they would call back. Still waiting for the call backs. Obviously don't need the business and just wasted my time.

We had a leak in our wall, caused by dodgy work by the original plumber from when the house was built 7 years ago. He responded quickly to the callout, stayed until the job was done properly, and then verified his own work to make sure he didn't leave me with a problem like the last bloke did.

I contacted business because work done was not satisfactory and had been paid for. I had started to explain why I was dissatisfied when he launched into an aggressive, rude tirade, without giving me a chance to explain. He continued with this verbal abuse even as I tried to apologise if there was any confusion. I did wonder if he would have spoken to a man in the same way. A bully.

Business owner does not take responsibility for employee's implemented damage and trade work. Expensive rates with poor professional conduct. Don't get a headache with this rouge!
