Took Janome sewing machine in for service and clean, was told Printed Curcuit Board faulty and no longer available. Handed brouchers for equivalent replacement around $900+, had machine checked elsewhere found faulty $5 on/off needed replacing. Machine back at home after service / clean and switch replaced ( $105) working 100%. Could have ended up at tip. No apology or any remorse from original serviceman or shop owner. Very unsatisfactory service
