Staff at the Cronulla clinic looked after my dog for many years. Recently Age and illness caught up with him and everyone concerned was professional and compassionate when he had to be put to sleep. Thanks for all the care.

We took our dog there to get desexed. We were Quoted roughly $300-400 for the procedure and were happy with the price. On the day of it we were invoiced over $600 when we went to pick up our pet. We were then told we were given an estimate when dropping our pet off and it was on the price of paper we signed (it certainly wasn’t). They wouldn’t budge and made us pay it. The smart remarks from the staff were unprofessional and even dealing with them about a price enquire was unprofessional. I would seriously reconsider using this vet as it appears they have a very salty culture in their business when the customers not happy.
