Christiane's Hair Design

As a hairdresser myself im absolutely appalled! From the moment i walked in i didn't feel welcome. Now i was desperate for a new style, i had grown my hair out to get a new style. Well so i thought.

I was greeted by a girl who looked like she didn't want to be there. She booked me in with another hairdresser, but she didn't tell me, i thought the girl who greeted me was going to do it.
I had a cape half draped over me and she goes 'so how we cutting'.
I had shown her a picture of a high 0.5 fade and disconnected top with a high fringe. So she began, not saying a word, finished clippering the sides, half wet my hair and started cutting, paying more attention to what was happening at the front desk. Then left me to go to the front desk which she didn't need to. Then came back out of nowhere and picked up a different section and started cutting there still not paying full attention to what she was doing. She then squared off my hairline when i wanted it rounded. Then dusted me off and said i was done. My sides aren't blended. The back is longer then my fringe when it was mean to be the other way round. Its shorter in bits and longer bits. She then charged me $29!!!! There was no care, no option to get a wash and i am now left with hair that cant be styled and no matter what i do you can tell its horrible. And i have to go to interviews with a horrible haircut as a hairdresser!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go here!!!!!

The person dealing with my hair not only burnt my scalp with bleach, leaving me in pain to the extent where I couldn't style or wash my hair properly without being in pain, and then having painful scabs all over my head.

my hair timer had gone off twice and because the wash basin wasn't free left me still sitting there. The hairdresser who bleached my hair had mentioned it was normal to feel a tingling/uncomfortable sensation so I sat through it.

In the whole time my hair was being done there was no concentration from my hair dresser she would do one thing with my hair proceed onto another client then return. On top of that, I had left the salon with yellow/brassy hair, not the colour I had asked. I know nothing about hair dressing, and I'm new to hair colouring. When going to the hair dressers I rely on their industry knowledge to provide me with the best advice, if my hair was too dark to go blonde then I would appreciate them just going a lighter colour. However my hair was a dark blonde with blonde foils though it already.

When at the wash basin as well they did not adjust the sink and allowed water to run down my clothes, even after I had told them, saying I just had a "small neck", this is the only hairdresser where my neck had been too small for the basin, I remember as a Child going to the salon, and even when I was a child, my neck was never too small for the basin, all the hairdresser needed to do was adjust the basin. Upon my return there to fix the colour there was no leakage on my "small neck"

My hair was absolutely butchered I'd shown an image of a haircut I had wanted, and I left with a much shorter version which looks nothing like the image. I also did not wish for a fringe and left with a short side fringe and very obvious uneven hair at the front. I was so embarrassed by this hair style for a whole week I felt the need to cover my hair with a hat, not how you should feel after a day at the salon.
