After being advised of 2 more free appointments on my care plan by the receptionist at physio, I was then phoned to say I need to pay for last appointment as this information is incorrect. When I asked about being told incorrect information then Anita got defensive and snapped at me. Anita blames everything on the other person or other business but will not accept ownership for her poor service and incorrect facts that is provided by physio receptionist
