i have not one clue about a pool and i made this clear from the start and instead of shannon taking me to the cleaners he come out and explained everything and sold me parts that were perfect for my families needs honesty is a rare thing these days but hes a top hand and actually cares about keeping his customers and looking after their needs

We have used the services of Poolsense a couple of times now, and their customer service has been great! They have helped in any way possible including trying to find hard to get parts, and then also offered competitive pricing on their products in the market.
