Very nice ladies, very sociable and make you feel welcome,

but I was very disappointed with hair colour results, my hair was over processed to say the least.

Make sure you are shown a colour swatch before they start colouring.

Six week later and I had to have my shoulder length hair cut quite short .... not happy
