Bridge Mower & Chainsaw Centre

Terrible customer service! I called about a week or so ago to organise a service for my mower. I was told then that the wait was about 3 weeks but arranged to have a call back if they were able to service the mower sooner. I received a call from them yesterday afternoon. The man that called me said I could bring the mower in the next day. When I arrived, I the woman behind the counter (who initially was just quite unfriendly and unpleasant) took my deposit and told me that it would be about two weeks before the service was completed. I then started to explain about the previous discussions I had and the call I received from the man the previous day. She rudely cut me off and replied “This is my business. I know the process. ”



Initially, I thought I may have confused their shop with another but once I got back to my car I looked at my phone log and sure enough I had a call from Bridge Mowers (02 4325 2107) at 3.44pm the day before.



I don’t know how they are still in business with such terrible customer service. Very rude. I don’t recommend them and won’t be going back again.
