Great Service ...easy to do business and totally reliable! Called from Adelaide to pick up and deliver an item i bought online. Two phone calls and it was paid for and delivered to me in Adelaide with 2 days. Debbie was very helpful

On requesting a quote, I was impressed that they phoned and visited me within 2 hours. The collection crew were on-time, like to the minute and were very efficient, and careful with my goods. All of the calculations from Goulburn Removals was accurate and I had no surprises. I was communicated to regularly and knew exactly what to expect and when. Delivery was also a breeze. I got my communication and once again delivery was on-time. No breakages or damages. Mirrors, TV's etc. Crew were great. Collection and delivery was very efficient and did their job within the time window.



I found it great value for money, extremely professional and experienced.

I do not reccommend this company at all!! Booked a removalist job with this company and even though they were not the cheapest, the lady on the phone gave me the impression that she really knew what she was talking about, so we went with them. She reassured me numerious times that they had enough room on the truck to move a 5 bedroom house, as I said I would send through a list of everything for my 3 bedroom house, but said it would be fine, which was great to hear. I notified her that the 2 x bedroom suites would be upstairs and that there were pot plants to move. She said that was all fine and not to water the plants for 2-3 days prior. So, they did turn up on time and on the day as requested. That is about the only good thing I can say about them. From the moment the owner walked into the house, he started complaining that the job was too big, he only moved furniture (obviously there were boxes to move), he didn't know about the bedrooms and the potplants. Said he would not do the job unless we paid him another $2k to do it. After going back and forth on the price, he would not budge and it was decided that it was best that he left. He had the worst customer interaction, was negative and totally unco-operative. I rang up the lady I had dealt with too and explained what had just happned and she advised she would ring me back. Needless to say.. I am still waiting on the call back.. As I had given other companies a complete list of what was to be moved, I knew that he was trying to rip me off as they had come in cheaper. It was such a huge inconvience to everyone at our end as we had all taken a day off to move and as you know it is a stressful time anyway without this being added into the mix. In the end, it worked out. We rang up one of the other companies and they moved us three days later and for less then what Goulburn Removals & Storage had originally quoted us. No problems, no negative attitudes, which was really great after dealing with this company.
