      How long do the massage treatments usually go for?

      Generally we suggest one hour, especially if you are coming to see us for the first time. In our experience we have found that unless you have a very specific area that requires treatment (a calf muscle for example) anything less than an hour doesn't allow us to address your issues of concern satisfactorily. If you are a new client, we like to take a bit of extra time to discuss your history and what you are seeking from the treatment.

      Do you have credit card and HICAPS facilities?

      Yes we do, you can claim for most health funds on the spot.

      Yes, generally every second Saturday.
