I have been taking my dogs ( Maltese X, Spoodles) to Leann’s for a long time! I have always found her and her staff to be professional and very helpful! The prices are very reasonable and all my dogs look and smell wonderful! If there is an issue or they notice something they inform

us. I would highly recommend these groomers and will not go anywhere else as I know my dogs are safe!!

Our schnauzers having being going since puppies, now they are over 3 years old. Both boy love going, we always get exactly what we ask for and love the result. All staff are wonderful with the variety of animals that come in and I recommend Leanne's to everyone who asks about a good groomer in our area.

I took my rabbit there he had matts making it difficult for him to go to the toilet I was really worried but the service was great and my rabbit came back all fresh clean and beautiful with no tangles and his nails clipped I will be taking him there regularly from now on

My aunty took her dog in for a cut, wash, blowdry and to cut her nails. 5 hours and $55 later, all tjat was done was her cut. What a joke amd rip off. Wouldnt advise even to my worst enemy.

As a reply to Michelle D comment, I have contacted Michelle after getting back from time away to see if I could offer her a compensation for her unhappy grooming experience, from my understanding the amount of coat that was left around the area was not long enough to cover the bald spot.
We do the uppermost to ensure that every pet that is groomed in the salon is done stress-free ,we try our best to get the groom done closest to the clients request. I also advised Michelle that there are pet safe sun screen's that can be apply to the dog to protect their skin from the sun.
The dog was Clipped / Bathed and Tidied up as was requested.

My dog is a golden Retriever who has a bald spot on his back. I wanted him shaved as he is an indoor/outdoor dog. When I took him there I explained about the bald spot and that the hair must stay long around it to keep the sun off it, as it could become cancerous over time. We took a permanent marker and drew a big square around the area, so it was highly visible. When I returned to pick him up she had shaved all the hair off around the bald patch. I was very angry and when I questioned her, her reply was. OH I COULDNT FIND IT. I said we put a big square around it with permanent marker pen. SHE LOOKED AT ME AND SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS. AND STILL CHARGED ME 70.00.

A big Thank You to you, Leanne! I was hesitant at taking my 'little'40kg doggie "Petermurray" to a groomers for a bath since he lost his entire sight due to cataracts from his Diabetes. I was worried about him being in a strange place with noises he's never heard before, and his inability to see where he was. My worry was taken away this morning when i visited your salon. You handled him beautifully, with understanding and compassion. I loved the big glass windows, and the fact i could see him the whole time.He looks and smells great. You did a fabulous job. Thank you

Leanne's Passion Pet Salon is by far the BEST GROOMER I have ever been to. They absolutely adore the animals and my Staffy loves having her baths there. I can't thank them enough for making it a pleasant experience for her as she is quite a nervous, timid dog at times. They are also extremely accommodating. I have young children and often don't give a lot of notice when booming appointments but they are very understanding and always manage to squeeze her in for me. I have been using their services since they first opened and would highly recommend them to anyone. They love all animals and treat them with the utmost respect. Try them once, I guarantee you will return. :)
