Placed an order, was sent shipping information and assured my order was on its way. A month later and still nothing has arrived. Upon enquiring I am told they have to check their main warehouse because looks like the order hasn't even been sent. I request a refund which they tell me they can't do right away, because they have to get permission from higher up to give a refund when no stock has been provided! This is terrible customer relations policy. Still waiting on my refund.
