I don't trust any one else with my face like I trust the ladies at Carmens beauty salon. All the ladies here always go above and beyond for all their clients making every single one of us look and feel beautiful. I have been to soo many beauty salons over the years and never have I experienced what I experience in your salon, I will never go any where else. Great service always always very friendly it is always a pleasure to go and get my weekly treatment at Carmens salon. Kim is honestly the best in the business never do I have to wait long, prices are very good and most importantly my eyebrows nails and lashes are always on fleek thanks to Kim and her beautiful staff at Carmens beauty salon Hurstville.

I Highly recommend going to Carmens Beauty and nails Kim is absolutely amazing puts so much effort into her work and makes sure her customers are satisfied before leaving. Anna is also great and very professional and quick my nails have never looked this good they both go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible love you both your loyal customer.

DO NOT EVER go to Carmen's Nails and Beauty for eyebrow feathering/micro blading. I attended the consultation on the 23rd of December, 2016. During the 45 minute consultation I mentioned numerous times about my pervious allergic reactions to different products. I was told with no hesitation that "one in a hundred would have any form of reaction". Around two days after having the procedure done, my face began to peel and flake excessively this has continued to occurred, still to this day. My eyelids were swollen and inflamed and peeled until they were raw. It has now been 3 and a half weeks since having the procedure and my eyebrows look worse than what I started off with. I have now been advised by an Ophthalmologist to never have eyelash or eyebrow tinting done ever again and to avoid dying my hair for at least 6 months due to the violent reaction that I experienced. I returned back to the salon to advise Kim that I would not be proceeding with the touch up and to show her the outcome. Her reaction to my comment was "I didn't make you do it". I am outraged by her lack of concern and empathy towards her clients and did not even offer a refund. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Had eyelash extensions applied which all fell off within a week. I have this treatment regularly and it normally last around 3 weeks, sometimes longer.

The woman there are SO pushy, trying to upsell everything...'oh you have to have a lash perm or it will look average" "you must get them tinted or it won't look good" Such BS!!

Carmen's Beauty nails and beauty HURSTVILLE. Do not encourage anyone to go to this beauty salon. Very unhygienic with old facial machinery and you will be ripped of dearly. I went in for a wax which lead on to a facial that I got talked in to. Fair enough as I needed one. I was recommended the deep cleanse facial which is $95 which I happily did. Not knowing it was only $55 till I found out on their website a day later. Before the facial I was getting my eye lashes curled. As i had my eyes closed I had noticed a very hot burning sensation on my leg, which made me jump in fright. I then opened my eyes and it appeared to be a steamer left on by a staff member and directed towards my leg. (Extremely painful). Not even 10 minutes in my eye lash curling the eye lash curlers were taken off by a staff member and i was sitting there with a ice pack on my leg. Then after they had proceeded with the facial. After the facial i had my eye lashes tinted which was supposed to be ''free''. (Didn't make any difference in color). Of course I paid every cent for the waxing and facial that I was over charged on, not to mention the eye lash curling that wasn't completed. Unlucky for me I had to find out later that everything costed much less than what I paid. I did call and speak to them but the only thing they said was that if I knew how much everything costed, then why didn't I say so? Unfortunately I didn't get a refund but surely I will NEVER go back there again!! Beware folks..you'll get ripped off.. the staff don't listen to you but constantly offer different services just to scrape in money.
