I agree with these reviews. The lady started to yell at me.
I wasnt buying anything cheap either. The item I was looking at was $1700. What a joke. The price kept changing and she continued to yell at me like I was rubbish. Their customer service is non existant.

Negative 5 stars. This place has terrible customer service. Went here to get some wedding bands done and repair a vintage broach of my mothers to wear as my something borrowed. Was very rudely told that it isn't gold so they wont touch it, in a way that sounded like it's not good enough to do anything with. I knew it was more costume jewellery but it has sentimental value so I thought it would be nice to replace the missing stones with something nice. We also had my fianc's grandfather's family ring with us to get resized and I wanted to know if they could put what they cut out of that into my fianc's wedding band. Spoke to me like I'm an idiot for thinking that's possible, she said other places might tell you they'll are doing that but they are all lying no one would do that. Have never been spoken to by someone in a customer service position so rudely, it was disgusting. I left feeling very upset, I will never go back to this shop.

Went in today to look for jewellery for my mother after being to many other jewellery shops. Not only was the price at least quadruple the other stores but the worst part was service. Rude, abrupt and disgusting. Acting as if they want to close down. Does not deserve that spot in the shopping centre, felt uncomfortable the whole day and Westfield Hurstville put a proper business there that isn't going to waste anyone's time!
I'd rather throw my money down a drain that let those staff touch it.
