Absolutely terrible service!

My fiance has been attempting contact with this business for many weeks now to try and obtain more information regarding their vehicles and services and to also try to organise a time so we can inspect the vehicles before we pay a deposit for our wedding.

Everything was all good on the initial contact on 23/10/16 when we called the business on 1300521382 and they were happy to provide us a quote over the phone but ever since the service provided by them has been completely absent as eveytime my fiance has tried calling, they either do not answer, do not reply to messages left and when they do finally answer they say will send us a text message with further information and when we can come and look at the vehicles, but the message they say they will send with further info never arrives.

Even though we are still in the booking stages, this level of service has me thinking that if we were to actually book with this business (which we wont), how do we know that the cars will actually even turn up on our big day? Just like the further information we have been requesting for weeks which hasnt actually arrived.

At this point, we would actually rather pay more money for the exact same thing through a different provider who has actually displayed Customer Service, Dedication, Commitment, is eager to provide us with further information and actually responds to their clients requests within a reasonable time frame.

If you want absolutely no confidence that your booked car will turn up on your big day, then book with Hummerzillaz because this business definately does know how to do atleast one thing, and that is give there potential future paying clients no confidence.

Would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone! We were promised champagne, photo stop, music and all the usual but didn't receive any of it. The driver was rude and the owner threatened to call the cops on us because I argued that we never received what was promised. It was for my friends hens night and was the worst experience. They didnt even apologise for the inconvenience and rudeness. Cannot believe how disrespectfull these guys are. Truse me, you do not want to use this mob. I would not want anyone to go through what we went through, especially on a special occasion. Thanks
