I went just for hair cut but they wanted to wash my hair. I tlold hairdresser again I don't need hair wash and blow dry as I came for just hair cut. She said she needs to wash but again I made myself clear that I just need hair cut. She came back and started washing my hair. I thought she was doing me a favour. When she finished the haircut she charged me $95. What a rip off. I was charged for wash and blow dry as well which I did not even ask and made myself clear for so many times. I would not recommend anyone. Way too over priced. Thank you

Maureen has over 40 years experience in hairdressing and this shows in the quality of the cut and colouring services. Her team are fantastic and their care for customers is always evident. You pay for the experience and expertise that is delivered. I'd prefer to pay more to have my hair done by experts.

Will not be back. I normally have my daughter cut my hair but as I was attending my daughters wedding I wanted a professional cut, my daughter does a better job, and then I was charged 50 dollars for a simple men's cut what a joke!!

Did an okay job on my hair, but charged 65 dollars for a trim! On the board it says 'from' and apparently the owner just makes up the prices according to what she feels like at the time. When I told her that it was expensive she just said 'that's what we always charge'. I paid the money and will never go back. Absolute rip off.

Pls avoid at all costs if u love ur hair. Maureen acts like she knows hair dressing very well but in all honesty she is an immature who has no clue on women's hairstyles. She cut my front bangs so shapeless that they are long and short sitting on my forehead and the bob she gave me at the back looked like a box shape wig. It was so bad that i decided to get hair extensions to make myself look normal. Forehead bangs still a mess and i try to pin them back as much as possible. Also, they force u into this protein treatment which is way over priced for a 1 min protein liquid massage which i think is just argan oil. They rip people off with smooth talking but are zero at work level. So disappointed over what Maureen did to my hair. Never never never go here. Pls.

I should have known when they charged a poor elderly man $50+ for a standard haircut and told him about all the wonderous hair products he should use that I was in for a ride. 3 hours and $70 later the high schooler haircut was complete. (They wanted to charge $100+ for some protein treatment no one ever agreed to or heard of and also insisted on upselling every. single. product. they own to a highschooler)
Avoid avoid avoid.

I am totally disappointed. I went into the shop as new customer just for a hair cut. Wanted to get long layers done. Maureen insisted on doing a treatment as wel and i agreed. End result is a very dry breaking hair and loss of good length... Cant see any layers. She and her staff very friendly. But what i lost is my hair and 109 dollars. Will never visit again
