We had a really bad experience with this Dentist on multiple occasions.
They wanted two sets X-rays completed, the first of which the hygienist didnt know how to operate the machine and operationally there were huge hiccups. It then took two weeks of following up to be told that they cannot interpret either of the two X-ray results without coming back in for an entire 1 hour dental examination at a further ~$300 cost.
The whole practice feels like a total money-grab and operationally really disconnected from good experience and reality.
