I wanted to support our local business when I needed a repair done on my car. This is not a preferred business by my insurer so had to go out of my way to deal with them. In the end I was very disappointed. They said 1 week. Then a few more days. Then 2 weeks. I was told they couldn't reset the computer in the car and it may have to be towed to a dealer. (What??). In the end finally got it the next day. Just wanted to get it out of there. But had to go to my local mechanic the next week to reset all the computers. Get the windows working properly, get the sunroof to open and close properly. Set the time and country properly. Plug in the ambient temp lead which was hanging under the front bumper and showing 85deg C. Just too much trouble. Lack of customer interest. Anything will do attitude. A further cost to me to use these guys. The panel was fixed properly, but that's the least you should expect
