My Mortgage Advantage

It has been 6 months now I’ve been trying to get a home loan with My Mortgage Advantage. Pei Sze handled my first application wonderfully and then left the business and unfortunately my loan offer expired. I was passed to a colleagued who assured me they would start a new application. They have not responded to my calls or emails for almost 6 weeks. I am now at the point where settlement on the property is in 2 weeks and the home loan application I thought was being done for me was not at all. It’s put me in a very stressful position with a 20k+ deposit already paid. Would have loved to reach out and sort this out without leaving a poor review however both myself and now the lender (who I contacted directly) are still being ignored. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend.
