The guys don't understand the meaning of booking.

Booked for Monday, been waiting 2 weeks for my turn. Monday morning when I drove in and passed my keys they are telling me my car with minor scratches is easy job indeed, but will be ready by Wednesday - 2 days wait - because they are 'busy'.

So what does it mean 'booked on Monday' if my car is still in queue for 2 days?

The guys also don't bother answering phone.

I was involved in accident on Tuesday 04/06 where Garry Flynn assisted me as the toe truck driver. He was pleasant and ever so helpful! By assisting me to remove damaged car from the scene of the accident he saved me from receiving a fine and losing demerit points. Garry the toe truck driver then called me today (day after accident) to advise that the assessor had written off my car - again he was polite and kept to his very word that i would receive a call the following day by lunch. It was not even 10AM when i received this call. Would be more than happy to recommend and very happy with the exceptional level of customer service. Greatly appreciated!!
