Phoned up with questions about desexing. Received terrible service - the receptionist spoke with attitude, wouldn’t elaborate on the operation, just saying “it’s pretty straight forward” as if I was an idiot to ask a 3rd question about it. Only makes me think how my pup would be treated if she had the hide to talk to an owner like that. Made my decision not to take my pup there for desexing.
