Your Discount Chemist

I receive friendly service from the staff at this pharmacy which is a convenient 5 minute walk from my home. Such a pity that I have experienced problems with the dispensing of prescriptions. Once my name was printed on the label of my husband's pills which are dangerous for me to take. The pharmacist said this was more of a problem for him than for me. Last week my husband's prescription was mis-transcribed as daily instead of instead of twice daily. Again no apology, just "is that all?" was the pharmacist response. Just not good enough!

The floor staff are courteous and helpful.

HOWEVER, the chemists themselves are poor quality, and too many mistakes have occurred to tolerate. So now I must travel some kilometres away from home by car instead of walking to the local shopping centre.

Because friends and I discuss this problem, and have discovered I am not the only person having mistakes made to my prescriptions, I think it protocol to report this pharmacy to the CEO of the chemist chain.

One is bad enough. To have multiple mistakes with multiple people is unacceptable. And possibly dangerous.
