I was provided with a Uccello kettle which stopped working within the warranty period because of a faulty automatic switch, l have been given the run around and after numerous phone calls and emails with a promise of call backs even telling me the person handling it has had surgery??

Been waiting since first week of May 2021 for replacement of two new leather recliners.Chairs were damaged & badly manufactured.I have in five months received one return email in response to one sent.My phone messages don’t get answered & when you actually get to speak to a service worker nothing gets done or you never get a return call. Service department is severely lacking in professionalism & customer relation skills.

They said that a bed could be provided for hire on a certain date and then declined to send it out on the date agreed because it didn’t suit them. Unhelpful service, did not respond to my request to call back to find a way forward. Will never use this company again

The Lane Cove store has an excellent customer service team. They were more than helpful and friendly, while we managed to sort out our purchases. Thank you to the team at Lane Cove. . The store manager was very helpful and we are now proud owners of a mobility scooter.
