We also service gyms, restaurants and other upholstery needs. Are you a mobile service?
No, but we can recommend mobile fitters to support our customer's needs.
Can you provide quotes over the phone?
No, unfortunately we do not give quotes over the phone. It is very important that we see the vehicle we are making the moulded carpet for and we do appreciate our customers bringing in the vehicle for inspection.
Is there a timeframe on your consultations?
No, we will take as much time as the customer needs. We offer a selection of colours and carpets for the customer to choose from. We will find the best colour match carpet for your car.
Do I need to bring anything along?
On site, you will need to bring your car for an inspection so that we can get the correct measurements for the moulded carpet to fit in your vehicle. However, we do take orders with a credit card over the phone provided that the customer has the details of the make and model of the vehicle.
What kind of time frame does a moulded carpet take?
We can make a moulded carpet in as little as 20-30 minutes.
How do your quotes work?
We have a price list in store and quotes depend on the size of the carpet and model.
Are your moulded carpets manufactured on site?
Yes, most of our carpets are manufactured on site and most models can be moulded while you wait.
Can I install the carpet myself?
Yes, of course. Or we can fit it on site for you for an additional fee.
Do you offer a warranty on roof linings?
Yes, we offer a 12 month warranty on all roof linings and if there is an issue with any of our carpet fittings we can replace or repair the carpet for our customers provided that Siba is at fault.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we will deliver within 2-3 business days.
