      Our commitment is to work with you to provide both a professional and individual experience throughout the entire project.

      We specialise in designing and manufacturing high-quality custom-built kitchens and joinery for both home renovators and new home builders. From 2011 the brother’s and their wives with the help of staff have expanded to four showroom locations. Covering a working area from Northern Sydney, Newcastle, The Hunter Valley, out to Narrabri and as far North as South-East Queensland, but not limited.

      Our experienced designers pride themselves on working closely with our clients to design spaces that are not only innovative and attractive but functional as well. Our factory is well equipped with the latest machinery and software to ensure that our joinery is of the best possible quality.

      Our company had an ownership and name change in late 2011 to what is now Designer Living Kitchens. It was known as “Olsen’s Joinery" for the last 25 plus years. It’s still a family run business with two brothers and their wives’ now running the company. On 1st March 2014 in the early hours, tragedy struck the company. There Manufacturing plant burnt to the ground in Acacia Ave Port Macquarie.

      Within 3 weeks 3 days they had found a new location (“The Port News Complex” in Milton Circuit Port Macquarie) and trucked in a new state of the art automated equipment and were back on the own two feet. The owners said, they couldn’t have done it without good insurance and great suppliers. Plus their dedicated staff that worked all but around the clock to get things back on track.
