Brought my Suzuki in for capped-price servicing of $199, and found out later that wheels were not rotated after service. When asked, the servicing manager (sm) told me they would not rotate wheels unless asked. Fair enough, but he could not explain to me why my car was not cleaned and vacuumed even though I did request for this, and the receptionist noted it down on the service paper. The book was not stamped. The car driven like it was not serviced at all.
(Sm) offered me to bring the car back so that his guys could clean/vacuum and rotate wheels for me, and it was my mistake to trust him when I brought my car back in.
This time when I got my car back, after driving out of the car park, I felt something not right with the tyre, hence took a look. The front right wheel was half deflated. I drove the car right back in, and (sm)'s guy showed me a nail in the tyre which I did not know how it got there. However, I knew for a fact that my car tyres were all good inflated when I brought it in and within 2 hours that I left it there, one got half-deflated. And the worst part is, don't these guys check the tyre pressure and everything else when they service cars and before they give the car back to customers? Or they don't do anything at all unless requested? (Sm)'s answer: "you might have just picked up the nail when you drove out of the service centre" made me sick to the stomach at how he came up with such excuse. Now it really worries me what else they've done to my car since I've 'dared' to complain and was 'dump' enough to trust them when I brought my car back in.
