Upper Hunter Shire Council is the approved provider and Trustee of the facility. Council administers all of the facilities financial operations and employs all of the staff. Council gives a written guarantee about the refunding of any Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD’s). Council holds all deposits in cash equivalent investments.
