Tired calling for the first month of my mums passing no answer when I finally got one was told I needed to wait for a manager to be in to get my passed mothers rings and they’d call me when I called back because nobody called me the “manager” said he was the only worker and that never happened he didn’t have my mums rings only to tell me after 40 minutes of arguing he did and I’d have to pay interest from when she died and I needed the death certificate and then freaked out and told me to contact the police which I told the owner I didn’t want to do I just wanted my mums rings that my deceased dad made for her and I would contact him the day I get the death certificate, my sisters partner contacted him a week ago he told us we had a week to come in with $400 and the death certificate and we’d be able to get the rings back I call him today and he tells me they’ve been scrapped and he won’t be returning them to me I will be taking legal action this event has traumatised me more then necessary The shop is extremely unprofessional Has no compassion or care for human life he told me to contact police when I asked what I can do I will be taking legal action

The staff are great and always helpful and friendly best loan shop ive ever been to they are very fair with there prices and always there to help
