Purchased a stunning diamond ring. My husband and I found the service friendly and the proprietor could not do enough to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Selected was recommended by a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Rude staff, not professional. Period.

I've shopped many times at Select Jewellery & Watches Co.
and found their service and patience to be outstanding.
Also the repairs that were carried out on the watches that I've purchased,
were repaired with excellent results.
I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a Swiss watch.
Just as I was.

I had brought my wedding ring from here that was a pave setting diamonds around the full band, after only 1 month 3 diamonds fell out I had them replaced and then within a month after that another one fell out, they were very rude and took no responsibility for it said it was all my falt and said I would have to bring my ring back monthly for them to check to make sure the claws of the ring were still ok, I questioned this as it didn't sound normal and I didn't want to have to come in every month forever, and after only having my ring a few months this is not good enough!!! I asked for a full refund as I didn't want to deal with this company anymore and didn't want this ring as I had been advised off other jewelers that this was not normal!! they would not give me a refund so I took them to fair trading, I would not recommend this jeweler to anyone. Very bad customer service.
