Not safe and avoid using

Does not know how to dry clean carpets or upholstery. The guy left the carpets full of dust around the edges and charged me for an industrial clean to a couch with pet hair which I did not receive. the office is rude and lacks any form of customer service.

Booked me in for the wrong day. I called to confirm the day I had originally booked for and they confirmed it that morning. Four hours later I called to see where the technician was and they said I was booked in for the following day by mistake and that they had confirmed the appointment that morning by mistake. They offered no reasonable excuse nor made any offer to make up for this until prompted, when they offered me $15 off the total price. I had paid someone to be at the location to meet the carpet cleaner and will have to do so again. Using this company has been an expensive mistake. I have cancelled and would not recommend booking with them.

Paid 180 for them to do absolutely nothing. This is their 'call out' fee to then tell you that a small portion of a bedroom with water damage will cost 900 to dry. It would cost less to recarpet the room, how ridiculous.

I will not be recommending ever.
I was quoted $210 for my carpet cleaning. I asked would there be any extra charges? I was assured 'no'.
We moved all our furniture out of the rooms ourselves.
I was shocked on arrival that the man said "oh no we don't vacuum!" I was so annoyed. I spent 30 minutes vacuuming myself into a lather of sweat trying to vacuum first.
The guy was walking around with a bottle and wand spray and asked me did I want carpet santized? I said I wanted them 'cleaned'
He said because we had done so much work he would charge me $25 per room.
Which based on the furniture removal and vacuuming I did, that sounded reasonable.
He cleaned eight rooms in about 60 minutes. Very rushed no the attention I expectef. The way he waved his spray wand was ridiculous - merely for show I am sure.
When he sat down to write my invoice he wrote $210 + $200 for 8 rooms of 'sanitizing'. When I enquired about the $200 he said I had agreed to the extra $25 per room. Agreed??? I thought he was reducing my quote - not doubling it!
I refused to pay it. He called the office, but to be honest I think he was 'faking' the call.
I didn't pay the extra- I felt scammed.
My carpets were not done well. They are in good condition and should have come up very well after a clean, but they haven't. They look like they haven't been done at all.
Definately not "Fresh" looking.
Not a quality job, not value for money.
Not HAPPY at all.
I did not complain to the company because I was scared the man would come back. Let's face it - he knew my address.

We use them for commercial cleaning in retail stores - great work and great response time for short notice jobs. We intend putting all of our work through them.

This is a shocking business. Damaged my property and will not resolve. Will not even tefund the money paid for the clean to have a real clean done and try to have suction damage removed. I was told
To go to fair trading. I would avoid this company.
