In 1960 our founders Chris and Marina Antoniou opened Antoniou Fillo Pastry in a small shopfront in Glebe, Sydney, where together they laid their foundations and begun their journey to building a secure future for their growing family. Quality, generosity and hands on hard work were the pillars on which our family's business was built. 60 years on, these pillars remain at the core of our business.
Antoniou Fillo Pastry is proudly family owned and operated. As the Fillo and Kataifi pastry specialists, Antoniou supply products to both retail and food service customers here in Australia and export to several Asian countries.
