Genuine, professional and well-prepared

Andy from Paul's took my washing machine enquiry in the morning and was there by lunchtime to take a look. Apart from being a genial and genuine person, he diagnosed the issues with minimum fuss. He had the parts available in his van; it was fixed in under 2 hours and in better working order than it had been for YEARS. Extremely reasonable price to resurrect my 12yr old Samsung front-loader from the dead. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
