I was in hospital when my paarcel arrived. Left at a local business. By the time I got out of hospital and recovered enough to collect they had taken it back, When I contacted them to ask where my parcel was it had just left there Depot on the friday. They would not give me any information so I could track it down prior to it leaving australia.

Terrible when they were Fastway, and now even worse. Slow...

Freight from QLD to Wodonga. 3 days to Albury and then the 6 K's from Albury is apparently 3 days.

Every time i have had to deal with them they are useless.

and a friend and one of my employees has had similar experiences.

Aramex lost my parcel

Aramex tracking reported progress of my package for two weeks...then today, the tracking number has been deemed invalid. I contacted the apparently OS call centre and they told me there is nothing they can do. Also, the phone number provided in Yellow Pages is now diverted to a call centre and the Albury branch (ex Fastway) can no longer be contacted without going to the door of their warehouse in Albury.

I've waited 11 days to get a parcel from Melbourne, I could have walked there and back in this time!

Slowest parcel service I've ever experienced. I've received items from overseas quicker than this.
