These guys are good. They always do a great job and always follow the instructions. Among other companies which I have tried before I would definately recommend them. The unit looks clean and it is great to come home to a clean unit.

These guys are great. They did an amazing job clearing up our art studio warehouse after a big party the night before. The place was spotless. They followed our instructions to the tee and it made our job of shifting furniture the next day so much easier. Couldn't recommedn these guys more.

We contacted Neighbourscleaning for an urgent job to clean a studio at Bondi Junction on a Saturday afternoon, after a tenant had vacated leaving the place in a mess. Radim, Ken and his team were so lovely, and booked the job on the spot and attended within the hour. The job itself was done to perfection, the team who attended were lovely and extremely efficient, and the price was very affordable. We were so very lucky to have found Neighbourscleaning when we did, and we will be using them again and again. Thank you so much Radim, Ken and team. Your customer service and cleaning results are superb.

We used the service to do a move- in clean for our three bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom house.
The service was outsourced to another company in Ashfield. It was done within three days. The total cost was 500 plus 110 for steam clean carpet ( in the bedrooms only ) . It took three people less than 3 hour to complete ( about 8 hour labour) The property is NOT adequately cleaned .
Issues include
1) none of the skirting boards were wiped - all black ,
2) some draws are not wiped as they are dusty when I was putting things in - this make you wonder how many draws were forgotten . This refers to kitchen draws . They did not bring a high ladder , so NONE of the cupboards located 2.3 meters or higher were cleaned Despite initial inspection and pointing this out. (I said the area above 3.3 meters need no cleaning as it was high )
3) shower heads are black - none cleaned,
4) part of the wall is cleaned and not All As agreed initially - I paid extra 100 so walls can be fully wiped .
5) laundry and the 1/2 bathroom might not be cleaned - dusty in multiple area .
I am able to tell as I moved on three days later and discovered multiple issues - so re cleaned the house .
I messaged the ken who gave me the initial quote to give him a feed back - no reply for four weeks .
I am not the only one who is not happy with this - parents and in laws all looked around and decided need to redo the cleaning almost fully.
The good point is that correspondence was easy initially and it was done very quickly after quotes were obtained .

I have an annual cleaning contract with Neighbours Cleaning for my office and must admit they are doing a wonderful job. The cleaners are always punctual and finish their cleaning routine well before the start of my business hours. Most importantly they use cleaning products that are not laced with harsh and toxic chemicals. The green products used by them results in a fresh environment and does not adversely affect the health of my employees. Very efficient company, highly recommended!

Recently, I had to move out of my home, therefore, I had to get the house cleaned. I engaged Neighbours Cleaning for their service. The team of cleaners did a wonderful job. They made all windows, doors, bathroom and kitchen fittings sparkle. Carpet was immaculately cleaned. Walls, floors, and ceiling were thoroughly redone. In fact, every corner of the house was thoroughly cleaned up.

Neighbours Cleaning Service really impressed me, so much so, that I recommended the cleaning service to a couple of my friends in the city.

Neighbours Cleaning is like a Man Friday for me managing both my home and office.
They have a long term cleaning contract for my office and really leave the place always sparklingly clean. Even though my office works in 3 shifts (it is a BPO establishment) they always manage to clean the premises between shifts without disturbing the work.
Now to my home! Since both my wife and I are working professionals we hardly get time to clean the house. Hence I have entered into a domestic cleaning contract too with them. Once a week, usually on Saturdays, the cleaners come in for a couple of hours and thoroughly clean the house. Sometimes for a nominal charge, I tell them to do the laundry.

When I had decided to award a long term cleaning contract for my office last year I interviewed a few firms and Neighbours Cleaning topped in all parameters I had in mind. First, they are fully licensed and insured so the level of performance was never in doubt. Secondly, they were willing to structure their cleaning routine so as to be outside my working hours. Incidentally, I have shift timings so this was important for me. In the last six months, they have rendered very good service and have always been punctual in their arrival.
