I hate real estate people. I don't trust realty businesses because they only think about commissions and getting the deal done, without thinking about those renting or buying. They appear all enthusiastic and sincere at the start but once the deal is done and they get their commissions, you will have to leave a 100 messages to reach them.

As such, I am usually pessimistic when dealing with realtors until I crossed paths with VIk from Better Buildings Realty. Unlike most companies that want to get the deal done quickly and get you out of their sight, these guys honestly want to build a relationship with you and your real estate ambitions.

Honest, non sugar coated advice - Vik tells you exactly how it is, whether or not it means an extra cent in his pocket. I have gone to Viknesh on numerous occasions to get advice on rental properties and although he gets nothing out of it, he goes out of his way to help me make sure I get things fixed. And he follows up on it too.

Whether it's renting or buying, Vik and his partners at Better Buildings will try and make sure everybody involved is satisfied. They want to be there for the long haul and from one or two discussions with Vik, you know that there are no hidden agendas in his dealings with you.

Vik wants to change the way consumers perceive the real estate world and it crawls under his skin when customers get horrible treatment, because it makes those in his industry look bad. Now, that's the kind of person you want to have in your network, for real estate advice and support.

Vik is and will be my go-to man for all my real estate needs because I am confident that i am getting truthful, knowledgeable and expert advice.

Thought it was deserving to leave some positive recognition for Better Buildings Realty to express my gratitude in leasing out and managing my property this last year.
Due to unforseen circumstance I needed to vacate my house and seek tenants asap. Even though BBR are not from my local area (found them near my work), they had no issue in putting together a great advertising strategy that gained the interest of many applicants from many areas of Sydney.
The team at BBR carried out their due diligence to do background checks, having shortlisted tenants who they believed to be a perfect fit for the property. I cant thank them enough, not only for their calculated successful assessment on finding great reliable tenants but also for their personable support in helping alleviate some of the stress I was experiencing during that time.
