TravelSafe Coach Hire

I booked with this company who also operates as coachhire.com.au and low cost self drive car hire. They took my booking fee and I rung to confirm the booking and they said they will confirm the availability and call me back, I never got the call so I tried again and they said the same. The 3rd time I rung they blocked my number. I called commbank and they told me how to get a refund from them for my booking fee. I found another number to try and guess what it was the same sales man, I told him what the bank told me to say and they cancelled my pending payment.

Used these guys for my mates bucks, top driver on time couldn't do enough for us. Knowledgeable on the area we were visiting. Would definitely recommend.
