The representative was professional and ensured that they showed up to all scheduled appointments on time and fully prepared. The whole process was very smooth and easy to organise. I ordered a customised shade sail with Sydney shade sail in March 2015. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to complete the job and asked to pay a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. After 4 weeks I started chasing Leonard and team for a delivery date. Calls were not returned, I tried to escalate via the sales person Serena, via Donna- who really tried to help- but unsuccessfully. To cut a rather long and very annoying story short, after several rather poor attempts to install the shade sail the team finally completed the install end of July, over 3 months later than originally planned. Every time when someone from Sydney shade sail came out I had to clean up after them. We have little children and I found nails and screws and other nasties I rather don't want my kids to swallow. Attention to detail was missing, the team is pretty disorganised, I'd never seen any tradie using that much silicon plastered around a bracket, unsightly and unprofessionally. Half a year later with water not running properly off the shade sail I am trying to get hold of them to tighten the sail. I was basically told unless I remove the review the company will not attend to the issue.

We are very impressed with the prompt customer service & speedy process from quote to installation.Serena was so friendly,very thorough measuring up & quick to email the quote to us.Leonard installed our new shade much sooner than we expected! The shade looks great!
