I don't even want to give them 1 star, it would be 0 if i could. Where do I start! This salon is most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I have been there a couple of times with okay experiences but after today I will never go back.
After coming in with my mum to have a relaxing time both getting a manicure and pedicure, they began the pedicure with my mum and I was left waiting for half an hour before someone began my pedicure.
This was not because no one was free to serve me, 3 other customers came in asking if they had time for a manicure & pedicure and were all put before me (even though we had a booking and arrived before them).
Finally someone began my pedicure but after 5 minutes, they left me waiting again for another half hour.
My mums pedicure was complete, and she also was left waiting, before we decided we had had enough. I spoke up saying this was ridiculous, and didn't have the time to sit around and not be served whilst other people who didn't have bookings and came in after us and were being attended to.
The most ridiculous part was when I went to pay for my mums pedicure, they also charged me $30 for 5 minutes on my feet. I couldn't believe they thought this was reasonable, even though the complete pedicure is worth $40, and my toes hadn't even filed or trimmed, just literally soaked in the foot bath.
Never again will I go to this salon, it has horrific service and poor time management skills. Disgusted by today events!!
