      The Poulos Bros Seafoods Pty Ltd is part of the Poulos Bros Group, the largest Seafood Company on the eastern seaboard.

      The Poulos Bros Group is a privately owned and operated business involved in all aspects of the seafood industry on the east coast of Australia. Currently headquartered in Pyrmont, New South Wales, the Group was incorporated in 1968 by Con and Denis Poulos.

      At Poulos Bros, we sell the best quality fresh whole fish money can buy. If you prefer to fillet the fish yourself or are using it as is we have a wide range of whole fish available. These can be purchased completely whole, cleaned (scaled and gutted with the head on) or scaled headed and gutted according to your preference. Different varieties are available throughout the year due to seasonal changes but we always strive to provide the best range possible.

      As you would expect from a market leader in fresh seafood Poulos Bros have an enormous array of local and imported fresh seafood and shellfish on offer. Why not get some freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters for your next function? Or some QLD Scallops for a delicious entrée? Aussie mussels are a hit on any menu and who could go past a baby octopus’s salad? Or some beautiful fresh calamari rings? And last but not least, the perennial Aussie favourite: the prawn.

      Because we like to provide our customers with the widest range we at Poulos also carry a variety of frozen fish. There are 2 major advantages to frozen fish; frozen fish has a much longer shelf life than fresh fish does (up to 2 years). As with our frozen fish, it is not always possible or practical to use fresh seafood so our range of frozen seafood is second to none! Sourced from some of the finest seafood producers around the world and across the nation, our products are sure to delight.
