B & I Bargain Party Hire

I recently booked party hire equipment for my sons 21st Birthday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPLANY!!!!!!

Extremely rude lady (if you would call her that) on the phone demanding full payment a day after the invoice was issued even though a $200 deposit paid and the event is 10 days out. They do not accept credit card and were not understanding when I explained the payment may take 3 days to go through the bank via EFT.



I am forgoing my deposit and have booked elsewhere and paying extra just to get the customer service that is required.



How this company is still is business is beyond comprehension.



If the quality of their customer service is like this I shudder to think what their product and reliability is like.
